The Impact of Procedural Justice on Collective Action and the Mediation Effect of Anger

Through the experiment conditions include 292 university students to examine the relationship among procedure justice, anger and collective action participation intention. The manipulation of procedural justice was to offer the voice or not in the process of price increment decision of university dinner management. The result showed that the subject had higher anger and collective action participation intention in the injustice condition than in the justice conditions. The procedural justice had significance positive effect on collective action participation intention; the mediate effect test confirmed that the anger had served as partly mediate effect between procedure justice and collective action participation intention.
