With SES simulation, based on the reduced scale model experiment, the influencing significance degree of the vehicle length, the train speed and the blocking ratio of the tunnel and the train are analyzed In the orthogonal test, the research objects aim at the average air volume, the velocity and the temperature of the units such as the tunnel, the platform, the stairs, the hall and the entrances. The influencing significance degree order from strong to weak is the blocking ratio, the train speed and the train length. Some empirical formulas about the air volume varied with the blocking ratio, train speed and train length are induced. Through mathematical analysis, the subway station energy-consumption fluctuated with the above three factors. When the blocking ratio doubles, the station load would increase about 57 percent.
