摘要

A novel ganciclovir (GCV)-loaded Doughnut-Shaped Minitablet (DSMT) intraocular device was manufactured and implanted into the New Zealand White Albino rabbit eye model. The drug release and pharmacokinetics was analyzed. Input data comprised the in vitro and in vivo GCV release.
