This study focuses on the synthesis and characterization of N-(2-hydroxypropyl)methacrylamide (HPMA) copolymer conjugates for the delivery of the heat shock protein 90 (HSP90) inhibitor geldanamycin to prostate solid tumors. These conjugates were modified to incorporate the targeting octapeptide WIFPWIQL, which binds to cell surface expressed Glucose-regulated protein 78 (GRP78).
