The biodistribution and antitumor activity of polymerizable Fab' antibody fragment (MA-Fab') targeted HPMA copolymer-mesochlorin e_6 (Mce_6) conjugate were evaluated in nude mice bearing OVCAR-3 human ovarian carcinoma xenografts. The conjugates exhibited higher accumulation in tumor tissue and higher activity in inhibition of tumor growth than the non-targeted conjugate.
