Research on Construction and Implementation of Classified Training Patterns for Applied Talents in Independent Colleges

The training patterns of applied talents are transforming gradually from theoretical discussion to practice in many independent colleges. According to the characteristics of students and the practical training experiences in some independent colleges, this paper divides the applied talents into two categories via using the classification theory, which are market-oriented talents and major promoted ones, And the paper proposes the principle, standard, training objective, implementing processes and basic procedures for classified education.
