Based on fuzzy matter-element analysis, the singlehierarchy and two-hierarchy synthetically mechanical product quality evaluation system are established based on system engineering. And this paper puts forward a comprehensive evaluation method which is based on fuzzy matter-element theory, to transfer the qualitative evaluation to the quantitative one according to fuzzy degree of membership, which solves the problem of the combination problem between qualitative and quantitative evaluation existing in the original method. Thus it makes the evaluation method more comprehensive, rational, and scientific. And the practicality of this evaluation method is approved by the application example of homemade hydraulic machinery YF27-120.
