An EOQ model with exponential time-varying demand under two levels of trade credit policy

An inventory problem under two levels of trade credit policy is studied in the paper, in which demand rate is increasing exponentially with time. The article develops an inventory model for minimization cost and proves the existence and uniqueness of the optimal ordering policy for the retailer. Finally, an algorithm of determining the optimal ordering policy and numerical examples are presented.
