摘要

The Q460 high-strength angle compression attached eccentrically at both ends in the substructure were numerically analyzed ,and the influences for the bearing capacity of high-strength angle are taken into account, which including not only the slenderness ratio and initial bending but also the residual stress and contact. The analysis shows that: members bend round connection leg, with twisting deformation taking place at same time. Effects of residual stress and contact on the bearing capacity are both less than 5%. The finite element analysis is compared with the experimental analysis and theoretical analysis. The results showed that: the finite element value is the largest ,which increased the experimental values, the United States' "Design of Latticed Steel Transmission Structures" (ASCE101997) and China's "Code for design of steel structures" (GB50017-2003) respectively 1.13% ~ 3.59%, 4.31% ~ 31.41%, 12.4% ~ 53.2%.The finite element analysis results and the experimental results were in good agreement. Therefore, the finite element analysis results are reliable .The Bearing Capacity for the angle in the simulation of sub-structure and in the single strut test were almost the same so the single strut test can intimate the actual project conditions accurately.Based on the numerical analysis, the formula(2) of stability coefficient is suggested to guide the engineering design .Therefore, the finite element analysis results can provide a theoretical basis for the design of Q460 highstrength angle.
