Analysis of the Impact of Agricultural Credit to Agricultural Economy in Heilongjiang Province

Lacking of funding is the main factor that constraining the development of agricultural economy. However, the support of investment in agriculture is far behind the developed countries,. In order to analyze the effect of agricultural credits on agricultural economy, we set up an error correction model to research the relationship between agricultural credits and agricultural economy, which based on the least square methods. Through the study of the contribution which agricultural credits to total value of agricultural out-put, we provide the empirical evidence for develop rural financial vigorously so as to promote agricultural economic development.
