With the development Internet of Things and RFID technology, ultra-high frequency RFID systems are widely used in many fields, and increasing attention has been paid. In this paper, base on the Class1Generation-2 EPC standards for the design, it introduces modular design technology using UHF RFID reader radio frequency transmitter. RF transmitter includes the PLL frequency synthesizer, modulation circuit, and RF power amplifiers. This design improves the stability of the RF transmitter, with a low phase noise, frequency lock time fast, high gain amplifier and low cost advantages, etc.
