Authentication Scheme for Smart Terminal Users

摘要

Strong authentication is important in networked environment, including wireless network. An authentication scheme using MicroSD key and encryption card for smart terminal users is presented. The whole system consists of client, application server and authentication servers. Smart terminal is equipped with MicroSD key for end users and authentication servers are equipped with Encryption cards. Two-factor authentication based on challenge/response is adopted in the authentication scheme. Secure key management and hardware devices guarantee the security and efficiency of strong authentication. The authentication scheme is proved applicable.
