摘要

Statistic assessment is often used to evaluate equipment (especially armored equipment) operational availability which was mainly two problems, the one is that statistic periods is very long and the other one is that it is not used during the equipment development phase. In this paper, we establish the assessment model of equipment operational availability considering delay time, and preventive maintenance time using markov renewal process, and give a demonstration application. This model can be used to evaluate equipment operational availability according to the distribution of each time parameter during the equipment development phase.
