Reconstruction of College Students Integrity Employment Ethics -A Case Study of Songjiang University of Shanghai

Integrity is one of the important contents in the Chinese traditional ethics, and it is also one of the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation. It is not only the base for a person to take a place in society, but also the basic social norms. However, in the current social transformation background which caused some ethical missing, the moral condition of today's university students in,employment is facing unprecedented challenges. Therefore, it has become an important problem for the whole society to reconstruct college students' integrity employment ethics. There are subjective and objective factors which cause the lack of employment ethics for university students. This article, through the theoretical analysis and the thorough investigation on the base of Songjiang university of Shanghai, enumerated the situation of contemporary college students to get employed ethics flaw, embarked the origin of contemporary college students to get employed ethics flaw, pointed out the college students got employed the negative influence which ethics flaw brought, strong compounds individual, the school, the family, the employer, the society and strength in every way to consummate university student's employment ethics view, the purpose is to improve the present situation of the lack of employment ethics of contemporary college students.
