Internet: The Distribution Center of Knowledge Construction, Dissemination and Management in China

摘要

Internet, knowledge distribution center, provides an adaptive space for knowledge construction, dissemination and management. It not only provides a platform for knowledge construction to evolve the College Community into the Republic of Learning but also becomes a center to distribute enterprises' virtual labor groups and an effective tool to manage knowledge as a new disseminating foundation.
