结合中国移动广东公司业务支持中心统一知识管理平台项目,从“业务规划”、“岗位结合”和“运营模式”三个角度探讨知识管理在企业能力建设方面的方法和价值。阐述了平台的建设,帮助企业及员工围绕各种资源建立知识管理能力,利用先进的信息技术,实现知识的生产、分享、应用及创新,并在企业及员工、组织运营、客户价值及经济效益等方面形成知识优势和产生价值。%In this article,we focus on project planning,job relation and operation mode to introduce the method and value of Knowledge Management in enterprise construction, combining with the Knowledge Management platform of the Business Support Center of China Mobile Group Corporation. And we illustrate that the platform construction can help enterprises and their staff members to build the ability of Knowledge Management on any resources, and use advanced information technology to produce, share, apply and innovate the knowledge, and create relevant advantage and value in respect of enterprises and their staff members, organization and operation, customer value and economic benefit.
