摘要

Although non-curticular resource information exists in and controls the process of building instructional video resources, teachers' visual-attention guiding information have long been neglected. This paper exposes and probes this problems and designs a Program Control + Intelligent Control (PC+IC) model for building auricular video resources. This model calls for the use of technologies such as voice recognition, presetting of duration and teaching plans, recognition of moving images, recognition of infrared grating, and recognition of intelligent writing boards to detect and control non-curricular resource information in building video resources. At present, there is no device for building PC+IC curricular video resources, and thus IT firms may set out to build such a device to meet students' learning needs.
