A Comparative Study on the Graduate Employment Service Systems of USA, Germany and Japan

摘要

In China, the graduate employment has become more and more serious. This paper compares among the USA, Germany and Japan graduate employment service systems, and analyses their composition and characteristics, which provides advanced experiences for reference to improve the graduate employment service system and promote the graduate get job successfully in China.
