摘要

The innovation synergy models in enterprise is described in this paper based on the perspective of element innovations. Synergy models of elements innovation is investigated from two aspects: synergy models of two elements innovation and multi-element innovations. There are two synergy models of two elements innovation is shown in this paper: oneelement-dominated innovation synergy model and codominated innovation synergy model, and there are three synergy models of multi-element innovations: one-core-dominated innovation synergy model, multicore-dominated innovation synergy model and totalinteractional innovation synergy model. Exploring the innovation synergy models within the framework of innovation systems, this paper overcomes the problems that previous studies usually discuss the innovation synergy in the context of technological innovation, and so the conclusions of this paper can explain and guide the practices of enterprise innovation more effectively.
