The Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation of Real Estate Development Risk Based on AHP

Real estate development project is a high-input, high-risk and high-return project. In this high-risk investment environment, if you want to achieve the expected goal, the analysis of development risk must be carried out. In this paper, the use of AHP determines the weight of evaluation index in the real estate development, and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method makes risk assessment in real estate development. The combination of the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation establishes the mathematical model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation about risk real estate development.
