The Environmental Risk and Its Treatment Measures for Offshore Oil Pollutions

High risk is the inherent characteristics of the offshore oil development and production, but environmental risks always lead to the uncontrollable serious consequences. The most important issue how to Control and deal with the environmental risks will affect directly the healthy development itself and even its survival. This article gives some key recommends as follows: (1) The most fundamental measure is strengthening internal control ,which is essential to avoid or improve the environment risk, and it also help to eliminate or transfer environmental risk resources; (2) The establishment and implementation of environmental risk emergency planning will help promptly and effectively deal with various environmental events and its associated risks, it also can help reduce the hazardous level of risk events to the maximum extent; (3) Environmental liability insurance can shift a reasonable environmental risk and loss to the insurance company, which will avoid huge impact on the operation of enterprises and reduce the enterprise business risk effectively.
