Aiming at the pertinence and validity of military equipment support human resource management, analyze functional structure, operation structure and the framework of competence-based military equipment support human resource management information system (MESHRMIS), comstruct the system security mechanism, this research has important significance for the enhancement of equipment support human resource management efficiency and the accomplishment of equipment support task.
