Analysis of Housing Affordability Based on Supply and Demand Theory--Mainland China as an example to the early 21st century

This paper analyses the current problems in China's housing market deeply by using the theory of supply and demand. At the same time, a new and accurate model of the housing affordability is introduced by improving the previous model of housing affordability. Finally, put forward practical and relevant measures to solve the problem based on the research on shortage of urban housing affordability.
