Beijing Cultural and Creative Industry develops rapidly and it becomes gradually one of important pillar industries for capital economy in recent years. This paper analyzes the influence factors for Beijing Cultural and Creative Industry development by building grey relational analysis model, and puts forward to proposal and measure for government decision-making departments reference.
