摘要

Electrostatic accidents happened at many filling stations have been analyzed, and the static electrification mechanisms and several conventional static forms have been analyzed according to the double electric layer theory. The conditions of generating and releasing of the static electricity have been introduced. Electrostatic accumulation, combustible gas with a certain concentration and spark discharge of static electricity are the conditions for engendering static hazard at filling station. The basic way for eliminating the static disaster has been summarized according to the mechanism of static electrification, the conditions of electrification and release of static electricity. Finally, the safety management and control measures of static accident at filling station have been proposed.
