The present invention relates to an integrated control system for disaster prevention using fluid simulation of three-dimensional numerical analysis and a method thereof which comprise: a database system; a three-dimensional fluid simulation system for rendering in real time by using pre-operated and analyzed result data; a result monitoring device for selecting a dangerous section by analyzing and monitoring management sensor data and CCTV image data in real time through an integrated control server, notifying information about the dangerous section to government branches and departments of local governments related to a specific regions, and generating a danger warning; and the integrated control server for performing disaster prevention in a specific region or disaster prevention such as resident evacuation. According to the present invention, the integrated control system for disaster prevention using fluid simulation of three-dimensional numerical analysis and the method thereof enable government branches and related departments of local governments to set the specific region as a dangerous region to warn danger and evacuate residents according to a dangerous level.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
