摘要

In this paper, an evaluation index system is established and used to analyse talent attraction of different manufacturing clusters. The result shows that there are significant differences in talent attraction of regional industrial clusters. And it is also shown that economic factor is decisive to talent attraction, and regional living environment and innovative environment are also important.
