摘要

As the agency relationship of the owners and operators arising from the separation of ownership and control right, an incentive to the manager is necessary. Managers should be incentived based on performance rather than on expression. In this paper performance-based incentives are introduced, and the influence factors of effectiveness of such incentives is analyzed and described. In this paper we conclude that a "good" performance evaluation system itself is incentive.
