Study on Strategy of Implementing Buildings’ Energy Efficiency Improvement in Beijing

摘要

The author first introduces the present situations about buildings' energy efficiency improvement (BEEI) in Beijing, which includes energy efficiency improvement in newly-built buildings and existing buildings, renewable energy applications on buildings and so on; then analyzes current situations of safeguard mechanism on BEEI from laws and regulations system, technical standard system, financial funds supporting system, and administration system; thirdly, analyzes the main problems of implementing BEEI from the economic incentive policy system, funds source channels, technical supporting foundation, and heating system reform; Finally, proposes relevant suggestions for safeguard mechanism on implementing BEEI from the policies and regulations, technical standards, special funds, economic incentive policies and reform of charge system for heating.
