Study on the Development Trend of Commercial Housing Price in Hangzhou Based on BP Neural Network Model

We predicted and analyzed the trend of commercial housing price in the main city subdivision of Hangzhou in recent years through the establishment of BP neural network model for Hangzhou commercial housing prices. It would be a very good method for commercial housing price forecasts. The study results showed that relative error of forecast prices and actual prices is less than 5% for 80% projects and the maximum deviation is only 6.24%. This study showed that the indicating model of Hangzhou commercial housing prices was effective. The network model could be applied to the region's commercial housing price forecasts.
