Study on Chinese Well-off Society-Oriented Construction Project Sustainability Evaluation

There is very close relationship between the construction of a Chinese well-off society and the sustainable development of construction projects, the sustainable development of construction projects is the foundation and guarantee for the construction of a well-off society, while the construction of a well-off society is the basis and important goal of the sustainable development of construction projects. At first, on the basis of an in-depth analysis of the concepts and contents of construction project sustainability and the development status quo of building a comprehensive well-off society in China, this paper presents the contents of construction project sustainability evaluation. Then, an evaluation index system of the construction project sustainability which is suitable to the new demands of China's goal of building a comprehensive well-off society is put forward. Finally, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is given to illustrate the evaluation procedure of the construction project sustainability.
