摘要

Calibration of heat meter must be implemented before using in practice to guarantee the accuracy and safety of thermal detection. In order to reduce the uncertainty in a calibration system and the influence of instrument failures on the test results, the paper proposes the idea of building a calibration system for large heat meters based on NI's Virtual Instruments. Meters influencing the accuracy of calibration have been discussed. The thought of variance of measured data regarded as an important characteristic of the sensor's steady-state performance has been analyzed in detail. And then the online sensor fault detection system has been designed on the basis of the rapid sensor fault detection algorithm. In designing, diagnosis database including real-time data acquisition, online fault detection, preservation and query of fault data, self-study of detection parameters, remote access and so on has been discussed and considered as the foundation of the fault diagnosis system. The results show that early fault can be rapidly detected in this fault detection method, which provides reference for using of this method in practice.
