The BMS is a proven model for mine operators seeking business improvement and better control in complex mining operations especially in regards to legal and regulatory requirements.The process mapping methodology employed by the BMS provides a foundation of speed and simplicity for system implementation. Improved business results can be realized in the early stages.Mine operators should not implement the BMS without full commitment and leadership from senior management. Sufficient full-time resources are a must for success.The recent success of the Minera San Cristobal BMS is evidence enough for mine operators to investigate the opportunity of this structured approach to operations management for their operation.
