At the 49~(th) SAVE International Conference, the author presented the paper “Human Resource Developmentto Improve Potential of In-house VE Practitioners part-I”. In this paper, he introduced Human ResourceDevelopment Program through practical problem resolution as a method to improve VE practical skills. Theauthor has already proposed “The basic curriculum and the application case study on Human ResourceDevelopment Program” in his previous paper, and principal elements are considered followings; 1.Acquiringnecessary knowledge, 2.Let subjects think based on acquired knowledge, 3.Implementation of VE activities,4.Pointing out problems on VE activities.In this paper, the author describes more concrete directions how to instruct their subjects according to theirimplementation abilities and problems on these four elements, and also introduces his knowledge from theresult of implementation of this Development Program.The author describes fostering executives who are capable of setting up the effective procedure of VEactivity and instruct that procedure to their junior staff will improve the VE implementation ability in thewhole division.
