Establishing and delivering training for the Zimbra collaboration suite

This paper will discuss approaches that can be taken when training students, staff, and faculty of a university migrating to the Zimbra Collaboration Suite (ZCS). It consists of a case study and reflection of how the training at Wayne State University (WSU) during its 2009 migration to ZCS, where the training succeeded, and what could have been handled differently.
