Following with the rapid spread of e-commence, using B2B website has become a very important way of marketing for many enterprises. Also, b2b mode is the most profitable among three e-commence modes, and it can bring economic benefits to user directly. The development of synthesized B2B and vertical B2B which are the main modes of B2B’s developing will influence companies’ future in direct way. This paper concluded the advantages and disadvantages of both synthesized B2B and vertical B2B through the analysis and comparing of Alibaba and other B2B platforms, and gave a prospect about the future of B2B.
