Heart sound signal has great value in clinical application, before identifying the components and doing further analysis, removing interference noise is necessary. In order to remove noise from heart sound signal well and be convenient to use, we apply generalized mathematical morphology in handling the signal which contains noise, high-frequency and low-frequency noise could be eliminated by a combination of opening-closing and closing-opening generalized mathematical morphological filter, opening-closing and closing-opening generated through cascade of the structural elements of different sizes, based on mathematical morphology we combine threshold and removing interference peaks methods to improve the method of denoising, designing a method of removing noise which algorithm is simple. In the experiment we compare three kinds of denoising algorithms by using root mean square error, the results show that the proposed denoising algorithm is better, which has a very important value in real-time acquisition of heart sound.
