Another Improvement on Ky Fan's Theorem of Matrix Eigenvalues and Its Application

Let A∈Mn. In terms of Perron roots and Perron vectors of positive (or irreducible nonnegative) matrices, an improvement on Ky Fan's theorem of matrix eigenvalues will be given in the article. At the same time, some examples are shown to test the results. At last, we discuss the application in input-output analysis, that is the efficiency of input-output model.
