RESEARCH OF ENHANCING SUPPLY CHAIN EFFICIENCY WITH LOGISTICS FINANCE IN FINANCIAL CRISIS ENVIRONMENT

Global financial unrest which is caused by sub-prime mortgage crisis in U.S. has spread to the economic entity, and affected the smooth operation of supply chain. Modem logistics services need for financial support and protection. Logistics is the foundation and financing is the guarantee. High efficient cooperation between logistics and finance can be achieved by logistics finance, and highly unified, coordinated operation between logistics and capital flow also can be achieved in modem logistics. Logistics finance is an important measure to promote the integration of logistics supply chain, and improve the whole financial efficiency of supply chain. It plays a great role in dealing with sub-prime mortgage crisis and enhancing the competitiveness of supply chain. System model has been built with game theory to evaluate the performance of logistics finance about accelerating the capital flow in supply chain operation. Furthermore, taking into account the financial crisis has had some serious impacts on the global economy and supply chain, the conclusion that logistics finance can promote the smooth operation of supply chains is arrived.
