EFFICIENCY ENHANCEMENT SUPPORT METHOD FOR SUPPLY CHAIN

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficiency enhancement support method of a supply chain which prevents production delay due to the deficiency of materials and shipping delay due to the shortage of product inventory even when sales plan variations exceeding initially estimated sales variations occur, and which minimizes the waste loss of the product in a time point when a product life is terminated, and the product is switched to a succeeding product. PSOLUTION: The efficiency enhancement support method of a supply chain includes: estimating secondary sales variations exceeding initially estimated primary sales variations; predicting demands in the residual life cycle of a product; performing simulation with a supply chain model based on the information of demands and the inventory of a product and materials; calculating the number of security inventory of the product and materials, the half-finished product stage and the place of inventory and the number of inventory of half-finished product, and the physical circulation route of the product and materials to prevent the deficiency of the product from being generated, and to minimize the waste loss of the product and exclusive materials at an EOL(End Of Life); and executing the simulation in each prescribed cycle and period on the life cycle of the product.
