Applying Design Methodology:Usage of Morphological Matrix,Classification Schemes and Optimization Methods for an Innovative Mechanical Product

摘要

Finding innovative solutions is a key task for nowadays companies and their designers.To support the creativity and to guarantee design success a methodical design is highly recommended.This article is about the development and realization of an innovative mechanical product by utilizing several design methods alternately and combined as well.As an example an innovative window system for buildings is introduced,which was developed according existing design theory.The various design stages and methodologies are described and also their interdependency.Dynamical simulations had been conducted to prove design requirements prior to the realization.
