It's a frequent phenomenon that bondings will occur between the switch contacts during normal use .The article makes an analysis about the bonding mechanism of the contacts in the configuration of the switches,the surroundings of use,current,contact resistance,contact areas,roughness and clearness of contacts surface etc.Through the analysis,it indicates that whether the contact bondings will happen or not mainly depend on the configuration of the switches,in addition,because of large impact current and the roughness of the contact surface cause of the ablation,so it's easy to bring partial elevated temperature and high heat,which will cause the contact parts to melt,then forming the atom binding and strong bonding strength after cooling at last.
