Barium titanate (BaTiO_3) / Strontium titanate (SrTiO_3) accumulation ceramics with necking structure of SrTiG-3 nanocubes were prepared using a solvothermal method. XRD measurements confirmed SrTiO_3 and BaTiO_3 with a perovskite structure. The XRD peak intensities of the BaTiO_3 increased significantly as the solvothermal reaction was repeated. After heat treatment of the SrTiO_3 at 900°C, the particles grew larger and formed necked contacts with each other. As the solvothermal reaction was repeated in order to coat with BaTiO_3, the density increased, the porosity decreased, and the thickness of the BaTiO_3 layer increased.
