摘要

Insisting on human-oriented, comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development is the essential requirement of the Scientific Outlook of Development. This paper constructed the G1-TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution) combination weighting model and used this model to do the empirical study on enterprises scientific development performance. The innovation points and contributions are in three aspects. Firstly, by determining the combination weight coefficient through the principle of sum of deviation in largest between subjective and objective weight, avoids the existing groundless practice of equally distribute subjective and objective evaluation weight. Secondly, through evaluation from manpower criterion, the basic idea of scientific development concept on people-oriented is reflected. Thirdly, the research results indicate that the scientific development tendency and economic performance of Zhejiang NHU Company Ltd is prominent. However, its manpower and zoological performance is worth more attention to be improved.
