An Overview of Corporate Social Responsibility Studies

摘要

Based on relevant CSR studies abroad, this paper, by defining the origin, connotation and development of CSR, systematically analyzes the evolutionary trends of CSR abroad and main theoretical perspectives, while reviewing at large its theoretical basis and the evaluation methodologies of social responsibilities. In the end, conclusions and inspirations are made with the hope of providing more theoretical and practical references for CSR studies at home.
