The self-emulsifying co-polymer, mmePEG750-p-(CL-co-TMC) was applied to the solubilization ofJNJ7706621, a poorly water-soluble cylin dependentkinase (CDK1) inhibitor. The polymer provided for>1000-fold increase in solubility and the system thusformed was stable with regard to micelle size over 20days.
