A combination comprising a first agent that is a cyclin-dependent kinase 4 inhibitor or cyclin-dependent kinase 6 (CDK4 / 6) and a second agent that is an mTOR inhibitor, in which the first agent is acid 7-dimethylamide cyclopentyl-2- (5-piperazin-1-yl-pyridin-2-ylamino) -7H-pyrrolo [2,3-d] pyrimidin-6-carboxylic acid or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and the second agent is everolimus.
