The versatile TheraJectMAT TheraJectMATTM TM, carbohydratebased micro micro-needle needle, containing API can deliverhundreds of micrograms of API rapidly throughthe stratum corneum into the epidermal tissue forlocal effect or into the systemic circulation circulation. Inthis study, we demonstrated the feasibility ofpulsatile Parathyroid Hormon ormone (PTH PTH) deliveryboth in vitro and in vivo vivo. This dissolvablemicro micro-needle patch can be a very effective andefficient delivery technology for other drug drugsincluding protein proteins, vaccine vaccines and geneticmaterials materials.
