Recombinant murine IL IL-12 (rmIL rmIL-12) wassuccessfully incorporated into CHP nanogel simply byincubated with CHP at 25°C. After subcutaneously. Injected into mice, the CHP/rmIL rmIL-12 complex led to aprolonged elevation in IL IL-12 concentration in the sera.CHP CHP-PEG hybrid nanogels (nanogel nanogel-assemblednanoparticle) system showed higher activity for sustainedrelease of IL IL-12 12. Repetitive administrations of theCHP/rmIL rmIL-12 induced drastic growth retardation ofpreestablished subcu subcutaneous fibrosarcoma taneous withoutcausing any serious toxic event.
