A Study on the Relation among Enterprise Distinctive Competence and the Resource Allocation Process and Realizd Strategy

摘要

The research on enterprise resource and competence and competitive advantage is an important topic in strategy management.Based on emperical study on a Chinese enterprise, this article concludes that in the selection process of the business of related diversification, distinctive resource/competence have remarkably positive effect on realized strategy via RAP, and remarkably negative effect on selection process of non-related strategy business.
